This notice is a draft for the first design. A qualified lawyer should review it before the site is used with real patients.

Who we are

MedHealthBridge is an independent facilitator. The legal name of the operator, the postal address, and any KVKK registration details will be added here before launch.

What you can send us

If you use the form, we collect your name, country, phone or WhatsApp number, email, preferred language, the specialty or condition you write, and your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we also receive whatever you choose to include, which may be medical information.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply, to route a file to a specialty, and to speak with a partner hospital if you ask us to go ahead.

KVKK and GDPR

If you are in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) can apply. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) can apply. The form is a request you make to us, and we use the details to respond to that request.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry only as long as we need it to handle your request and any follow up you ask for. Then we delete it or reduce it so it no longer identifies you.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data. We share medical information with a partner hospital or a doctor only when you ask us to proceed with a plan.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your details, and you can object to a use of them. Write to info@medhealthbridge.com. You can also complain to the KVKK authority in Turkey, or to your local data authority under the GDPR.

Files

Do not upload medical files in the website form. If you want a physician to read reports, send them on WhatsApp or by email.
