How it works
One coordinator stays with you from the first message through follow up at home. The six steps below are the path. The times after that are targets, not guarantees.
The six steps
Send reports
You start with a message on WhatsApp, by email, or with the form. The form collects contact details only. Send medical files on WhatsApp or by email. A coordinator tells you if a report, an image, or a laboratory result is still missing. The physician needs a complete file before the review.
Medical review
The file goes to the relevant specialty. A physician reads the reports. Your first consultation is free. It is a review of documents, not a diagnosis from this website, and not a promise of a cure.
Treatment plan and doctor match
If there is a path to offer, you receive a proposed plan and the name of the doctor who would see you. You can ask questions before you decide. You can ask for a different doctor. Nothing is booked until you accept.
Visa and travel
After you accept, we help with a visa support letter, airport pick up, and a place to stay for you and a companion. We aim to share the travel plan within 3 days of acceptance. That is a target, not a guarantee.
Treatment in Istanbul
You are seen at the partner hospital. The treating physician confirms the plan in person. Your coordinator can help with language during the visit. The hospital team provides the medical care.
Follow up at home
Before you leave, you receive a discharge summary. After you are home, the coordinator remains a point of contact and can pass the summary to your doctor at home if you agree.
Time targets for each stage
From the first message to a travel plan, each stage has a target. These are targets we aim for, not guarantees.
| Stage | What it means | Target |
|---|---|---|
| First reply | A coordinator answers your first message | Within 1 hour in working hours |
| Medical review | A physician reviews a complete file | Within 24 to 48 hours of a complete file |
| Travel plan | Visa support and travel arrangements after you accept | Within 3 days of acceptance |
A file that is missing reports, or a case that needs more than one specialty, can take longer.
